Honey Almond Flour Cake--Don't Be Hangry

A completely Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Grain-Free cake! Add fresh whipped cream sweetened with honey or fruit juice or berries as a topping. Special thanks to Zech's friend Liam for helping us with this episode of Don't Be Hangry! Watch it HERE


1 1/2 Cup of Almond flour (We get ours from Costco)

1/2 Cup Raw Honey

4 Large Cage-Free Eggs

1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

\Ghee (for greasing the pan)


1) Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

2) Mix all ingredients together well

3) Cook for 20-25 minutes

4) Let cool for at least 10 minutes

5) Top with Berries, Whipped Cream, or yoghurt and enjoy!
